Sync Orders

1. Register / login to PostPony account.

2. Authorize “e-commerce platform store” firstly or use “batch upload” function to upload shipment information of the orders download from your store.

3. First sync method: Manual Sync

Click “Order Management” → “Order List” →“Sync All Store” buttons as below.

The system will synchronize orders of authorized store. Note: only the shipment information will be synchronized.

4. Second sync method: Auto Sync

At 12:00 a.m. Beijing time every day, the system will automatically synchronizes all undelivered orders of authorized stores.
