Have authorized to bind at least 1 e-commerce store.

Import merchandiseinventory #

1. Select the “Inventory Management” in the menu, click the “Import” button in the upper left corner, and select the store where you want to import the merchandise in stock in the pop-up interface(The function of inventory import has not been opened in ebay stores yet),and click the “Import” button. Note: the import will cover the same SKU of merchandise information and inventory quantity in postpony.

2. If more than one SKU of the same name exists in the imported store, you will be prompted to manually select one SKU as the imported merchandise and inventory information, and all skUs with the same name will share the inventory quantity.

3. After import successfully, the inventory information will be displayed in the current list

Automatic inventory synchronization #

1. Click the “Sync” button in the upper right corner of the page to set Auto Syncrules for  inventory.

Turn on Auto Sync: open the switch button in the upper left corner of the floating layer, select the shop that needs Auto Sync, and click save.After starting automatic inventory synchronization, the system will automatically synchronize the current inventory quantity of related merchandise to your designated store every 10-30 minutes.

Modify inventory quantity #

In the inventory management list, click the “Update” button to modify the current inventory of merchandise.If you turn on Auto Sync, the system will automatically synchronize the modified inventory quantity to the store you set after modifying the quantity.

Modify inventory binding information #

1. Click the “Settings” button on the page to modify the binding relationship between the current merchandise and the merchandise in the store.

2. SKU and store in the floating layer correspond to the specified goods in your store. The current merchandise can be associated with multiple merchandise in multiple stores

3. Note that if you turn on Auto Sync, the system will periodically synchronize the inventory quantity of the current merchandise to all associated store’s merchandise.

Inventory Alert #

Select the merchandise you want to set in the list, click the “Inventory Alert” function, fill in the inventory alert number in the floating layer, and the system will give an alert when the current stock of merchandise is less than the number.(Email and SMS alerts will be added later)
