Amazon Authorization

1. Register / login to PostPony account.

2. Click the menu “E-Commerce” → “Store Management” on the left, click the “add store” button as below..

3. In the pop-up window, select “Amazon”.

4. Filling your “store alias” and selecting “ship from address”, then apply for MWS permission according to “developer name” and “developer account number” provided on the page. Fill in the “seller ID” and “MWS authorization token” into the same page below, click “connect” button to complete the authorization.

Store Aliases: store alias can be filled in by user to help you quickly distinguish different stores.

Ship From Address: select the shipping address you want to be the default shipping address for this store from your “Order Address“.

Developer’s name: The developer’s name, used to apply for MWS permission.

Developer account number: Developer ID, used to apply for MWS permission.

Seller ID: Amazon seller ID, obtained after successfully applying for MWS permission.

MWS auth token: MWS authorized token, obtained after successfully applying for MWS permission.

5. Log in to Amazon seller’s account (please do it in a secured environment, avoiding account association).

Click “user permissions” on the left→choose “third party developer and apps” → click “visit manage your apps”.

Go to the Apps & Services page, clicking “authorize new developer” as below.

6. Copy “developer’s name” and “developer account number” you get from PostPony into Amazon WMS.

  1. Check the agreement before clicking the next page.
  2. Copy the “seller ID” and “MWS auth token” in the pop-up window, and click OK to confirm that the authorization.

Description:

  1. Support store authorization in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
  2. Store name or MWS auth token can be modified by clicking “edit store”button the store manager page.
  3. The system would automatic synchronization of undelivered orders at 12:00 a.m. in Beijing Time every day.
